For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for an Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable Accountant (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibility

• Reviewing and posting incoming invoices
• Entering incoming invoices in SAP
• Posting bank accounts
• Managing dunning processes (accounts receivable, as substitute)
• Reconciling clearing accounts
• Recording travel expense reports
• Processing automatic payment runs in SAP
• Preparing manual payment vouchers in online banking

Qualification

• Completed commercial training
• At least 2 years of professional experience in accounting
• Structured and accurate way of working
• Strong team spirit and communication skills
• Good SAP knowledge
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good command of English, both written and spoken
