Frankfurt Marathon 2024

The 41^st Frankfurt Marathon was held on October 27, 2024, and our athletes (Yasuo Kasama, Cristina Moraru, Aoi Okuno) from Sojitz SOLVADIS participated, all achieving their personal best records!
The weather condition was perfect on the day, and the spectators eagerly awaited the approximately 14,000 runners. Ms. Okuno has temporarily come to Sojitz SOLVADIS as a trainee from Sojitz Corporation, Japan, reflected on the Frankfurt Marathon:

“This kind of opportunity doesn’t come often in life, so I decided to participate in my first full marathon. The atmosphere along the course was more impressive than I had imagined, with excellent musical instrument performances and exciting cheering everywhere. The moment I felt this energy, I was certain I could make it at the beginning.
We motivated each other with Mr. Kasama and Ms. Moraru, the supports of Mr. Zorn CEO from various points and other our colleagues’ messages, made this day possible. I carried everyone’s spirit with me, I could run though the red carpet at the end.
At the same time, I realized that how beautiful Frankfurt is and people are amazing, and it will definitely remain a memorable day in my life.”
