We are seeking a Working Student (m/f/d) – Customer Service / Sales Coordination for our Business Unit Basic Chemicals, to be based in Frankfurt am Main, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Entering and maintaining orders in the SAP system
• Preparing and sending certificates of analysis
• Managing reminder lists (dunning)
• Supporting administrative projects (e.g., end-use declarations, satisfaction surveys, documentation)

Your Profile

• Enrolled in a business-related degree program (e.g., Business Administration, International Business, Economic Chemistry, etc.)
• Basic commercial understanding and interest in sales processes
• Good MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Structured, precise, and reliable way of working
• Fluent in written and spoken German and English
