For our Business Unit Basic Chemicals, we are looking for a
Teamlead – Central Region (m/f/d) to join us in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Acquisition of new customers and support of existing customers, including further development of business relationships
  • Analysis of customer needs and market potential
  • Evaluation of sales figures and preparation of regular reports
  • Independent execution of price calculations and follow-up on offers
  • Responsibility for monthly and quarterly price negotiations, annual contracts, and public tenders
  • Handling of complaints, including documentation and coordination of all related processes
  • Credit control in close cooperation with the credit management team
  • Execution of classic customer service and order management activities
  • (e.g. placing and modifying orders, rescheduling delivery dates, dunning, credit management, first-level complaint handling)
  • Building and maintaining long-term and sustainable customer relationships as the regular first point of contact for nearly all inquiries

 

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial training
  • Several years of professional experience in purchasing/sales or product marketing – ideally in the chemical or pharmaceutical sector
  • Strong communication skills and a confident, persuasive demeanor
  • A structured, detail-oriented, and reliable working style
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Good command of English (written and spoken)
  • Solid user knowledge of SAP
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
