For our headquarters in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for an Tax Manager (m/f/d) to join us as soon as possible.

Responsibility

• Advising and supporting our European group companies in a mid-sized business environment, with a particular focus on VAT
• Hands-on and independent handling of tax-related matters in the day-to-day business
• Acting as the central point of contact for all tax-related topics within the company
• Functional and disciplinary leadership of a small team (2 team members)
• Coordinating and collaborating with external tax advisors
• Preparing and supporting the preparation of tax returns
• Ensuring timely compliance with all tax obligations
• Managing and supporting tax audits
• Acting as a contact person for external auditors
• Supporting tax-related projects

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration, Law, or a comparable field with a focus on taxation
• Certified Tax Advisor qualification is a plus
• Several years of relevant professional experience in a corporate tax function or in a tax advisory/audit firm
• Strong knowledge of German tax law
• SAP user knowledge
• Knowledge of other European tax systems is an advantage (especially Italy, Spain, and France)
