For our IT team, we are looking for an In-House SAP Consultant (m/f/d) to join us in Frankfurt am Main as soon as possible.

 

Your Responsibilities

  • Functional and technical support of the SAP modules FI, CO, MM, and SD
  • Configuration, enhancement, and ongoing support of SAP processes, e.g.:
    • Accounts receivable and payable
    • Asset and general ledger accounting including payment transactions and monthly closings
    • Cost center controlling (CCA) and profitability analysis (CO-PA, e.g. KE30 reports)
    • Purchasing and inventory management including material valuation
    • Customer order processing (master data, order management, delivery, invoicing)
  • Point of contact for internal departments and interface to external SAP consultants and developers
  • Participation in SAP projects from requirements analysis to productive implementation
  • Documentation of processes, configurations, and changes
  • Training of end users and ongoing support
  • Monitoring system performance and recommending technical improvements
  • Interface management between SAP and third-party systems (e.g. CRM, ADIUTO, DART/KPMG)
  • Handling regular tasks such as:
    • Monthly Intrastat reporting
    • Processing employee master data for ADP
    • Managing electronic incoming and outgoing invoices
  • Support in:
    • User and authorization management
    • SAP inquiries from departments (finance, purchasing, customer service, etc.)
  • Analysis of SAP data and transactions
  • Customizing new requirements (e.g., bank statement processing, payment formats)
  • Creation of reports, form development, and program enhancements (e.g., user exits)
  • Support during IT audits and data extraction (e.g., DART, KPMG)
  • Project work including requirements analysis, design, testing, and documentation

 

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Informatics, or a related field
  • At least 3–5 years of practical experience in the SAP modules FI/CO and/or SD/MM
  • Excellent knowledge of SAP business processes, including:
    • AR/AP, GL, asset accounting
    • Cost center and profitability accounting
    • Purchasing and sales processes
  • Initial experience with SAP S/4HANA is desirable
  • Basic skills in ABAP debugging
  • Experience in SAP projects or implementations
  • Familiarity with integration of FI, CO, MM, and SD modules
  • Structured working style, strong problem-solving skills, and teamwork
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
  • Very good command of English; German skills are a plus
  • Willingness to travel is desirable
