We are seeking a Sales Coordinator (m/f/d) for our Business Unit Basic Chemicals, to be based in Frankfurt am Main, starting as soon as possible.

Your Responsibilities

• Full responsibility for classic customer service activities and order management
  (e.g. handling orders – placing, modifying, rescheduling delivery dates – dunning and credit management, and first-level complaint handling)
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships as the first point of contact for nearly all inquiries
• Preparing regular reports

Your Profile

• Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Several years of experience in customer service is a plus
• Very good working knowledge of SAP R/3
• Strong communication skills and enjoyment in working with both internal and external customers
• Proficient in both written and spoken German and English
