Order Processing/Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • Preparation of all outgoing invoices and credit notes
  • Checking and posting incoming goods invoices
  • Checking and posting of ancillary cost invoices
  • Monitoring and filing of export certificates
  • coordination with suppliers, forwarding agents, customers and service providers
  • Supporting the order processing department with order processing
  • Correspondence and communication in German and English

What you need:

  • Apprenticeship in wholesale and foreign trade management or similar commercial training
  • Good organizational skills
  • Relevant professional experience desirable
  • Affinity for numbers
  • Ability to work conscientiously
  • SAP modules MM – Materials Management and SD – Sales & Distribution (Sales & Distribution)
  • Good written and spoken English language skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Sociability
