Assistant to Business Unit Management (m/f/d)

Your area of responsibility:

  • Independent management of the secretariat of the Business Unit
  • Organization of international trips of the Business Unit team for conferences, events, meetings
  • Travel reports and processing travel expenses
  • Coordination of appointments and correspondence
  • General administrative and organizational tasks
  • Visa procurement
  • Assistance with quality management
  • Translations
  • Research activities

What you need:

  • Commercial training
  • At least 3 years of professional experience
  • Good command of the MS Office package
  • Very good knowledge of written and spoken English, further foreign language skills (French, Russian) would be an advantage
  • A meticulous way of working
  • Enjoy working in a team
  • Open-minded nature
  • Good organizational skills
  • Very good communication skills
